1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Legenda Walking Circle platform and the purchase of walking experiences organised by {{company}}.

2. Nature of the service

Sales qualify as package travel under Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Legenda is the organiser and responsible for proper performance.

3. Bookings and payment

• A booking is secured once the deposit shown on the group page is paid.
• The balance is due by the date stated in the confirmation.

4. Cancellation

The penalties shown on each product apply, in line with EU package travel rules.

5. Liability

The organiser's liability is limited under applicable law. Travel and cancellation insurance is recommended.

6. Governing law

Portuguese law.
